These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern all commercial transactions between Booknookhub LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer") placing an order through https://nookkit.co.

Article 1 - Purpose

These T&C outline the rights and obligations of both the Seller and the Buyer regarding all purchases made on https://nookkit.co.

Article 2 - Acceptance of Terms

Article 5 - Orders

Article 6 - Payment Methods

Article 7 - Shipping

Products will be shipped to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout.

  • Shipping Time: Orders are shipped within a reasonable timeframe, with delivery estimates of 7-12 business days.
  • Responsibility: Once shipped, all shipping risks are transferred to the Buyer.
    The Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers or other external factors beyond its control.

Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason or incurring penalties. To exercise this right:

  • Notify the Seller via email at support@booknookhub.com.
  • Return the product in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • Return shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility.

Article 9 - Warranty

All products are covered by a standard warranty against defects or non-conformities.

  • Defective products can be exchanged, returned, or refunded within 30 days of delivery.
  • Claims must be submitted to support@booknookhub.com with supporting details, such as photos of the issue.

Article 10 - Liability

The Seller’s liability is limited to fulfilling product orders as described. The Seller is not responsible for damages resulting from:

  • Internet-related issues, including hacking, viruses, or service interruptions.
  • Improper use of the product by the Buyer.

Article 11 - Intellectual Property

Article 13 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by U.S. law. Any disputes arising from these terms will fall under the jurisdiction of the Buyer’s state of residence.
